American Girl Store

This past week, we went to the American Girl Store in LA with some friends from Church. Mattie was so excited to go and of course to bring Abby Grace (her american girl doll). We were able to go into the dinning room and take some pictures.

Claremont College

Today I met up with some photographer friends of mine and went did a photo walk through Claremont. Mattie and Jake were of course my models, I know shocking :)

Seal Beach

San Diego Zoo

For our family outing this month, we went to the San Diego Zoo. It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too crowded. Mattie and Jake had a lot of fun, each of them had their own camera so they were thrilled, and they both walked the entire day (I think they are still tired)

Ried Ram Run

Mattie's school had their annual Ried Ram Run (its like a jog-a-thon) this past week. Mattie had planned on running 150 laps (its good to have a goal). She ended up running 5 laps! Way to go Mattie :) and here is one of mr. jake and his way cool cowboy boots.

Bedtime

It is now pushing bed time for my little ones, they have had their baths and are in their jams, and look what I found.


Can't you just hear the 'ta da'. He doesn't exactly seem ready for bed yet :(

Newport Beach Children's Garden

Jake and I went to the Newport Beach Library this morning. They have what they call a 'Children's Garden', it was more like a Children's Patio, but Jake liked it and he had fun running around. Jake was even kind enough to let me snap a few of him.

Jesus wants YOU for a Sunbeam

Today was Jake's first day as a sunbeam! He was very excited about it until it happened, he would have rather gone home, but to be fair our church times moved right into nap time :( He did fine, after all, but to be fair he has a great teacher. So here is a picture of our sunbeam!
