Jake

Yesterday, Jake decided he did not like the way I had organized his shoes, so he took over, if you want a job done right, do it your self!

Soccer Season has started

THE VICTORY TUNNEL

This was Jakes first season of soccer, Matties 4th.  We always 'pay' our kiddos with slushies if they get a goal (they usually get a slushy anyways but they haven't figured it out yet)  Dave told Jake that he Jake made a goal, he would get a slushy.  The game started, Jake took the ball, and scored, ran straight to Dave and asked to go get his slushy, he was finished, game over, slushy time.  Dave had to talk him into finishing out the game.  He ended up getting 3 goals (in the right goal)!

Miss Mattie is not U10 which means her games are competitive.  Her team did great up until the 4th quarter where they got tired and hot and stopped caring, so their 3-0 game going into the 4th, ended up being a 3-3.

too little kids, I *might* want them back tomorrow, but for right now they can be yours :(

Jakes kindness

Some of you know Jake is a night owl. Well he his still up and Dave came home. Dave gets his dinner (waiting in the microwave for him) and starts to tell me about his day. Well Dave is fine, but he had a little excitement at work and got in little scuffle and got kicked in the leg and his leg is sore. Well Jake is in and out of the room during the story. Well all the sudden Jake rushes in with an ice pack for his dad. Such a sweetie. I didn't even know Jake was paying any attenion. Moral of the story Jake is always listening and processing. Also stupid people of orange county just answer the boys in blue's questions--it's just easier that way!!!!!
