Jake had found a shell and he wanted his picture with his shell.  I love this picture, it melts my heart.  

Mattie (and Jake) took ridding lessons in 2011.  Mattie loved every minute of it.

2011 Review

Jake is 6!

My little baby boy turned 6! I guess at some point I will have to stop calling him my baby boy, but for now he doesn't seem to mind it!
I was able to talk him into doing a few birthday pictures, but as soon as I was ready, he had changed his mind.  Negotiating with a 6 year old is getting tricky.

After celebrating Kendra's birthday, we went to Ma and Pa's house to celebrate Christmas Eve.

Nutcracker!
