Jake lost something today.....

HIS TRAINING WHEELS!!!


So, sort of joking today, we told Jake it was time to take off his training wheels, he said ok, now?  So we took them off. 

 Dave gave him a little push,

 And he was off!

 And within a few minutes, he was trying tricks and asking for a ramp.  Mattie kept saying go slower--not so fast. 

Halloween Time

Since it rained today, soccer was cancelled!!! :)
So we went to the movies and then got our pumpkins and came home and carved them!

 he had a small injury, so he needed a little hug :)

Mattie is a Soccer Star

Mattie had a game this past saturday.  They lost, but mattie rocked!

 She was plowed over by a much better girl.  Dave and I both thought for sure she would be coming off the field crying, but no, she hopped right up and got back to playing.

 Look at the happy girl!

 Once again, she was knocked over, and once again she was right back up off to play.

Apple Season!  Last saturday we went up to Riley's Farm in Oak Glen and picked apples

Then we made apple cider :) a lot of apple cider. 

Primary Program

Mattie and Jake were in our ward's primary program last week.  They both did their parts wonderfully.
